Had a decent Easter break, plenty of snow, and enjoyed skiing in the mountains. Found a hotel with a good location, near to the slopes and easy access to the city center. The hotel staff was always friendly, always there to help and assist. The spa area was good, I really enjoyed relaxing there after spending the day outside.
Sheets were left unchanged, and the towels were not fresh. The breakfast was not very good with limited options and the quality was not up to the mark.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the wellness centre which was a great way to relax after a long day. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the city centre and made it easy to explore. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and varied, giving me a great start to the day.
Could not be improved in any way.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. the breakfast was phenomenal, offering a wide variety of foods and catering to everyone's dietary needs. the location is perfect, allowing easy access to tourist attractions and activities. the staff were extremely helpful and ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. One major highlight was the holiday decorations which made for a festive and cozy ambiance.
The noise level on New Year's Eve. the party was held in the main lobby, which was located directly below our room, making it difficult to sleep until the early hours of the morning.

This hotel is a hidden gem located close to the city center. the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay, providing excellent service and always being friendly and helpful. the rooms are beautifully decorated with modern and clean decor, with comfortable beds and fresh towels provided daily. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel features a cozy lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Guests can also enjoy the spa area, which is a great way to unwind and relax.
Despite this minor issue, the overall experience at the hotel was fantastic.
